Who we are looking for

You will be a fundamental pillar for our newly appointed Sales team, being the Account Executive with the responsibility of driving growth to the company by negotiating new collaborations and contracts both with SMEs and big Enterprises, to generate long-term customers. You will also work closely with the VP of Sales and all the other members of the sales team, the Delivery Team, and the Business Units.


As an Account Executive at Frontiere, your activities will include:

  • Build and develop a strong B2B pipeline of companies
  • Managing the negotiation and closing of new contracts, from the 1st meeting with the client to the signature
  • Ensuring a coordinated handoff with the Delivery team for the activation of contracts sold
  • Managing the client portfolio of contracts (from €50k to 1€M), through recurring caring activities such as calls, presence in events, in-person meetings, etc.
  • Managing renewal activities to avoid churn
  • Working closely with the Business Units to support their sales growth
  • Working closely with the Product team to gather and give feedback on platform features and updates
  • Being the promoter of the success of a high-growth tech company by leading the sales pipeline growth

Key requirements

  • You could be our perfect Account Executive if you have the following:
  • at least 1-2 years of experience an Account Executive and Sales in a B2B SaaS company
  • Work experience with both SMEs and Big Enterprises
  • Worked in a high-growth company, preferably Startup or Scale up (nice to have)
  • Have dealt with and completely managed big contracts from the first meeting to the contract signing
  • You have the acumen to understand clients' business requirements and translate them into use cases and internal requests for the team.
  • Are comfortable working in teams and cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer
  • You have experience in dealing with CRMs and other sales tools such as Hubspot
  • You are fluent in English and Italian
  • You are willing to learn and get out of your comfort zone to experiment and challenge what's already been done in the industry
  • You are humble and know how to receive feedback and get the best out of it

RAL: 30K

Bonus: 10-15K
