Who we are looking for

You will be a fundamental pillar for our newly appointed Sales team, being the Sales Development with the responsibility of driving growth to the company by generating new leads and prospects for the sales team.


Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at Frontiere, your activities will include:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs, and communicate the value proposition
  • Contact and qualify potential customers, outbound and inbound
  • Run a large number of calls and emails to cold leads.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Working with Co-founders to build the foundations for Frontiere



Key requirements

You could be our perfect SDR if you have the following:

  • Desire to work in a high-growth company, preferably Startup or Scale up (nice to have)
  • Are comfortable working in teams and cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer
  • You have experience in dealing with CRMs and other sales tools such as Hubspot and Apollo
  • You are fluent in English and Italian
  • You are willing to learn and get out of your comfort zone to experiment and challenge what's already been done in the industry
  • You are humble and know how to receive feedback and get the best out of it
  • Understanding of G-Suite

Compensation

Monthly compensation: euro 800,00 - euro 1.100,00
